Job Description

Experience: 47 years
Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Bangalore, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Design and develop HRSD applications including HR Case Management.
Configure and maintain HRSD modules, workflows, and service catalogs.
Develop custom widgets and portals using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., ERP, Oracle Cloud) using REST/SOAP APIs.
Conduct testing, documentation, and training for end-users.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

47 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on HRSD.
Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models.
Experience with Service Portal setup and Now Mobile apps.
Hands-on experience with HRSD modules: Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management.
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or HRSD Implementation Specialist.
