Must-Have
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with EC Pro and Now Mobile
- 6+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 3+ or ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, Employee Center Pro, Now Mobile, Knowledge Management, integration technology
- At least 2 implementation experiences of ServiceNow HRSD. Hands-on experience in implementing core HRSD features like HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Integrations, Agent workspace, Virtual Agents and Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding)
- Experience in building integrations with enterprise systems such as: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, ADP
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
- Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro and No Mobile
- Map customer's business problems to ServiceNow solutions
- Lead workshops to understand customer's business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities and recommend right fit solution, architecture and best practices.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an Architecture first principle
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
- Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies
- Experience in working with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and well versed with its taxonomy
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge of HCM products like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
- Experience in Service Catalog rationalization catalog Items with workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
- Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.
- Good to have experience in ServiceNow UI Development: ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center Components like Branding, SP pages, UI pages, Widgets, along with UI technologies Angular JS (1.X) , Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
- Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, ability to lead customer meetings and build customer confidence
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (CISHRSD) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- 6+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 3+ or ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules [Employee Center Pro, HR Service Delivery (HRSD),Manager Hub, Employee Relation, Learning, Life cycle management, Agent workspace]
- Solution Design: Architect end-to-end HRSD solutions, defining data models, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub), and portal experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements from HR and business leaders, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to developers, ensure adherence to coding standards, and oversee complex configurations and custom development.
- Platform Expertise: Deeply understand HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Taxonomy) and platform capabilities.
- Integrations: Design integrations with other HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft technologies.
- Innovation: Implement advanced features like Now Assist (Generative AI), AI Agents, and AI Search for enhanced productivity.
- Best Practices: Advise on ITIL, security, governance, and maintain platform health and performance.
