Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals
Develop and present design concepts, plans, and models to clients for approval
Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the best design solutions
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Stay current with relevant building codes, regulations, and ServiceNow industry trends
Manage budgets, schedules, and other project-related activities
Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet client and stakeholder expectations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
Apply creative and technical skills to develop innovative HRSD solutions
