ServiceNow HAM/SAM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM/SAM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB. The candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, implementation, enhancement and support of HAM/SAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions.
• Work on HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
• Manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Configure software models, entitlements, licenses and compliance.
• Work on software license reconciliation and optimization.
• Integrate HAM/SAM with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain asset-related reports, dashboards and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HAM/SAM technical issues.
• Perform asset and CI reconciliation and data normalization.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
• Develop integrations with third-party asset management and discovery systems.
• Ensure accurate asset data and alignment between Assets, CIs and CMDB.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver HAM/SAM enhancements.
