Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Specialist with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory

ServiceNow CIS-ITAM would be a strong plus

Job Requirements

4+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITAM (HAM/SAM) modules

ITAM (HAM) — Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management, CMDB CI Data Modelling & Class Hierarchy, Asset Discovery & Reconciliation, Hardware Inventory Audits, Asset Depreciation & Financial Tracking, Stockroom Management, Asset Transfer & Disposal workflows, Hardware Refresh & Retirement cycles, Procurement & Receiving workflows, Barcode/RFID Asset Tracking, CMDB Health Scorecards & Governance, Exposure to Agent Client Collector (ACC) and Jamf integration for hardware discovery and inventory management

ITAM (SAM) — SAM Pro Implementation & Configuration, Software License Entitlement & Compliance Management, License Reconciliation (Allocated vs Consumed), Software Normalization & Publisher CatLog Management, Reclamation Rules & Automation, EOL/EOS Tracking, True-Up & Compliance Position Reporting, Content Library Management, Unrecognized Software Management, Publisher-specific Compliance (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe), Software Spend Analytics & Optimization, Subscription Management, Exposure to SaaS-based Publisher implementations and SaaS License Management

Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) alignment and implementation

Experience with Service Graph Connectors and Discovery

Experience integrating ITAM with procurement systems

Expertise in JavaScript and Glide scripting

Expertise in Service Portal development

Exposure to at least one JavaScript framework like AngularJS or React

Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP

Expertise with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and AJAX

Strong analytical, communication and consulting skills with ability to present License Compliance position to stakeholders

Proven team player with ability to handle cultural diversity

Completed Bachelor's and Master's degree
