We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domains and experience with ServiceNow IRM.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to serve as a GRC domain expert, engaging with clients to understand their business needs and providing expert guidance on Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a GRC domain expert, engaging with clients to understand their business needs
- Provide expert guidance on GRC domains, including Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Risk Management
- Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective GRC strategies, aligning with business objectives
- Configure and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions to meet client requirements
- Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Deep knowledge of GRC domains, including Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Risk Management
- Strong background in ServiceNow IRM
- Experience with business analysis and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with clients in a consulting or advisory capacity
- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Certification in ServiceNow IRM or a related field
