Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with HR Digital Services goals
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from HR leaders, stakeholders, and end users
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team
  • Backlog Management
  • Own and manage the product backlog
  • Prioritize features based on business impact, urgency, and value
  • Ensure backlog transparency and alignment with stakeholders
  • Product Development & Delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end product development
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features through testing and validation
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track KPIs and user feedback
  • Continuously improve product performance and adoption
  • User Experience & Adoption
  • Ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly
  • Drive user adoption through effective strategies and engagement initiatives
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Vendor & Ownership Management
  • Co-manage vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to influence the product roadmap
  • Support change management, including training and documentation
  • Decision-Making
  • Make data-driven decisions on feature development and prioritization
  • Balance business needs, user feedback, and technical feasibility

Additional Information

Skills & Qualifications

  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of HR processes and digital HR solutions
  • Product Management: Experience in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and prioritization
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (user stories, sprint planning, acceptance criteria)
  • ServiceNow HRSM: Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Management is highly preferred
