ServiceNow development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB Discovery
• Work on ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs (including scripted APIs)
• Customize ServiceNow platform using scripting and configuration to meet business needs
• Perform data imports via REST API and ensure data integrity across modules
• Develop and maintain Virtual Agent (VA) conversations
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and client interactions
• Perform platform sanity checks, unit testing, and deployments
• Contribute to IT hardware asset management functionalities

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, scripting, and integrations
• Solid experience in REST API development
• Hands-on with CMDB and Virtual Agent development

Desired Skills:

• Experience in platform implementation and development best practices
• Comfortable with requirement analysis, module suggestions, and deployment support
