Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking talented ServiceNow Developers across multiple experience levels to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, enhance ITIL processes, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. We offer clear career progression from Associate to Manager level, with opportunities to lead projects, mentor teams, and influence strategic IT solutions.

Responsibilities (by Level):

Associate (24 years):

  • Develop, configure, and test applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management.
  • Assist with Service Request Management and CMS content.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with team members.

Senior Associate / Developer (46 years):

  • Lead development of custom workflows, integrations, and complex business rules.
  • Support advanced ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITOM, SPM).
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in design workshops and contribute to solution architecture.

Lead and Manager (6 years and above):

  • Oversee design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide team members, including Senior Associates and Associates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams of developers and leads.
  • Align ServiceNow solutions with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Competencies (All Levels):

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, workflows, business rules, UI elements, and Script Includes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL V3 Foundations certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, Web Services, and SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior consulting or industry experience (banking, insurance, healthcare).
  • Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Postman, PTAK, JUnit).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience mentoring junior architects or developers.
  • Exposure to Pega applications or deployment experience.
  • IMMEDIATE STARTERS ARE PREFERRED.
