Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join our team. If you have strong experience in ServiceNow HR modules and enjoy building solutions that improve employee services, we would love to connect with you.
- Technical Comptency: (Must Have)Experience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including:
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
- Employee Document Management
- Performance Analytics for HR
- Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
- Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experience
- Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
- Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
- Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
- Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Behavioral competency: (Must Have)
- Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily
- Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
Good-to-have:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM
ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
Service Certified Application developer[CAD] certification
