Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices. The developer will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and platform administrators to implement enhancements across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Design and implement workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Client Scripts.
- Implement role-based access controls (ACLs) and ensure platform security best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and performance problems.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment using Update Sets or source control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
