We are hiring an on-site ServiceNow engineering resource to deliver end-to-end platform solutions, integrations, and automation across ITSM and business services in India.
Primary title: ServiceNow Developer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure and develop ServiceNow scoped applications, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies and Catalog Items.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub; implement data mapping and error-handling logic.
- Implement and support core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) and maintain CMDB accuracy and reconciliation.
- Create automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, scheduled jobs and background scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive platform upgrades, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs, produce technical documentation and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Qualifications
