Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom scripts in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end HRSD solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices while developing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing HRSD applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new HRSD features.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
- Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing HRSD applications.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.), workflows, and integrations.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM/HR best practices.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery.
