Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management. Additionally, experience with Integration Hub and automation tools is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using Integration Hub.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
