Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, Release Management, Knowledge Management, and Reporting.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and catalog items.
Customize the platform using JavaScript and AngularJS for UI enhancements.
Set up ServiceNow development instances and manage update set migration across Dev, Test, and Production.
Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management, and integrate them with ITSM processes.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as LDAP, SSO, Workday, Slack, and Tanium.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure adherence to IT Asset Management processes; integrate tools like MS SCCM with ServiceNow.
Work within an Agile environment and maintain proper technical documentation.
