We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications to enhance business processes and support IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow platform features including workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS used in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration tools including REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Update Sets, Scoped Applications, and Application Repository.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow modules related to IT Service Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
