Job Title          - ServiceNow Developer

Experience      - 5 – 10 Years

Location          - Pune

Notice            -  Immediate joiner

Requirements:-

·        Must have experience in ServiceNow Portal.

·        Scripting and Integration is mandatory.

·        CSA and CAD certifications mandatory.

·        Develop, configure, and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM module including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

·        Hands-on experience with ITSM combined with at least one module: HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, or Service Portal.

·        Design and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.

·        Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

·        Mandatory experience in Scripting and Integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).

·        Implement inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems..

·        Customize and enhance Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes.

·        Work on CMDB, Discovery (if ITOM), Asset Management (if ITAM/HAM/SAM), or Case Management (if HRSD/CSM).
