Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer

Walk-in Interview Date: 18-July-2026 (Saturday)

Walk-in Location: TCS Yamuna Tower VI, Assotech Business Cresterra, Plot No. 22, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304

Walk-in Time: 9am-1pm

Experience Range: 5-12 yrs

Required Technical Skills:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM modules including Case Management, Customer Service Portal, and Knowledge Management
  • Configure case workflows, SLAs, entitlements, and customer lifecycle processes
  • Build and customize Service Portals / Employee Center for customer interactions
  • Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Configure Omnichannel features (Email, Chat, Virtual Agent)
  • Create dashboards and reports for customer service performance and insights

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
