We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), App Engine Studio, and Custom Application Development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows based on business requirements.

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM applications and processes.
• Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and the ServiceNow application development framework.
• Build scoped applications, custom tables, forms, modules, UI policies, UI actions, and business rules.
• Develop and configure workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, notifications, and business process automation.
• Configure and customize CSM Case Management, Customer Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Case Types, SLAs, and customer workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build and customize Service Portal / Employee Center / UI experiences where required.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, and Import Sets.
• Configure ACLs, roles, groups, and application-level security.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and update-set/application deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, workflow, and application issues.

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management).
• Strong experience in App Engine Studio / App Engine.
• Experience developing Custom Applications in ServiceNow.
