Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Providing support to end-users and resolving technical issues in the ServiceNow environment.
  • Administering workflows, UI policies, catalogs, and CMDB-related configurations.
  • Implementing new systems, features, or platform add-ons based on business requirements.
  • Performing problem resolution, debugging, and enhancement activities.
  • Testing ServiceNow modules for functionality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure consistent workflow solutions across the organization.
  • Managing user access by creating and maintaining user profiles within the instance.
  • Setting up user groups and assigning appropriate roles and access privileges.
