Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Application Developer to support
platform development and implementation across key ITSM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
full lifecycle implementation, with expertise in
Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and
Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Experience with
large-scale CRM systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.
- Lead or contribute to full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.
- Support CSM module implementations and integrations with CRM systems.
- Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and client-side/server-side code as per functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-related issues efficiently.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation of ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.
- Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module implementation.
- Familiarity with large-scale CRM systems and integrations.
- Strong scripting and coding skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and related ServiceNow technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
