Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers working on ServiceNow solutions.
Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in ServiceNow administration tasks and provide guidance on best practices.
Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
