Servicenow Developer SPM

Implement and configure various SPM modules, such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning (including roadmap and capacity planning). Minimum 2 SPM end to end implementation.

Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP, CRM, or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST), Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.

Create and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports and functionalities, including scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.

Provide guidance on governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio planning best practices.
