Job Description

  • Translate business requirements related to field service operations (work orders, dispatching, scheduling, asset management, mobile workforce) into ServiceNow FSM functional designs and configurations.
  • Conduct workshops, process mapping, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow FSM capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants/developers for integrations and custom development.
  • Create functional documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, SLAs, notifications, and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage and optimize modules including Work Orders & Tasks, Dispatch Console, Scheduling & Assignment, Mobile Agent / Field Service Mobile App, Asset, Location, and Inventory Management.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to FSM data model, workflows, and dispatching concepts.
