Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CMDB including data quality, hierarchy, and relationships
• Configure and manage ServiceNow multi-instance architecture
• Implement and maintain automated discovery integrations
• Manage roles, groups, and permissions within ServiceNow
• Apply ITIL lifecycle knowledge for incident, problem, and change management
• Develop and manage ServiceNow APIs for integrations and custom solutions
• Work with relational databases and ensure data integrity in ServiceNow
• Maintain technical documentation and support processes including ServiceNow ticketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend and ITSM solutions
