About this Role

As a ServiceNow Lead Developer at VOIS, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role demands a strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and technical expertise in ServiceNow, including Service Portal and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and ensure platform stability and reliability.

Who are you

You are a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in development and administration. You possess advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, Service Portal, and scripting. You are a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and have experience in leading teams. You are committed to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and you thrive in collaborative environments.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and customize ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform features.
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins.
• Maintain and optimize CMDB and Asset Management processes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and developed code.
• Ensure quality assurance by adhering to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
• Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes.
• Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements.

What skills you need

Must-have:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript
• Familiarity with different SCDL workflows
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience in team leadership

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Micro certification in Service Portal
