Servicenow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including custom apps, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Customize and enhance modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and other scoped applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and configure Service Catalog, Request Management, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party applications.
• Configure and maintain Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs) and security rules to ensure secure platform operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
