Summary Of Position

Netrio's next-generation delivery platform, powered by ServiceNow, leverages automation, AI, and advanced integration to transform how managed services are delivered. Our platform enables Netrio engineers and service teams to operate with speed, intelligence, and precisiondriving exceptional client experiences through efficiency and transparency.

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to drive platform enhancements, automation, and integration across a multi-tenant ServiceNow environment. This role is responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow applications that underpin our ITSM, CSM, SPM, and ITOM capabilities.

You'll work closely with Netrio's Core Platforms & Product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutionsbalancing scalability, maintainability, and innovation while adhering to platform best practices.

Core Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow business modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, or ITOM).
  • Experience configuring and supporting multi-tenant or complex ServiceNow environments.
  • Experience with inter-instance integrations (eBonding/Case Exchange) using IntegrationHub or APIs.
  • Hands-on expertise with Service Catalog, Incident Management, and Change Management.
  • Experience implementing Now Assist and Virtual Agent.
  • Proficiency with REST, JSON, SOAP, and LDAP (SSO) integrations.
  • Skilled in Client Portal customization using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Experience using UI Builder for modern, responsive experiences.
  • Experience in an MSP environment is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security, access controls, and best-practice governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and enhance Netrio's ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and improve client and agent experiences.
  • Build workflows, catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and script includes to meet business and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to design scalable solutions.
  • Automate onboarding and provisioning processes for clients and services through workflow design and API integration.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Design and deliver intuitive user experiences through portals and custom UI components.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing; ensure all deliverables meet business, performance, and security standards.
  • Evaluate new ServiceNow releases, features, and plugins for potential adoption and benefit to Netrio's environment.
  • Apply AI, ML, and automation capabilities to improve service efficiency and platform intelligence.
  • Maintain clear documentation, reusable code, and adherence to platform governance and change management processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to peer reviews to ensure consistency and code quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one area (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or ITBM).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and data model.
  • Experience developing within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and deliver production-ready solutions.

Desirable Extras

  • Familiarity with Domain Separation in multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.
  • Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding within ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to AI Search, Generative AI, or Automation Engine features.
  • Prior experience supporting Managed Service Providers (MSP) or multi-client environments.
