Job Type : Contract 2 hire

Key Responsibilities

• Report & Dashboard Development: Create, configure, and maintain custom reports, interactive dashboards, and gauges for various ITIL processes (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).

• Performance Analytics (PA): Build and maintain performance analytics indicators, breakdowns, and widgets to track trends over time.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.

• Data Visualization & Security: Design user-friendly, actionable dashboards; configure data security using Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data privacy.

• System Optimization: Monitor and tune report performance to ensure fast loading times and minimal impact on system performance.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform (Reporting, PA, Dashboards, CMDB).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for advanced reporting and scripting.

• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into data, and experience with data modeling.

• ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development or analytics.
