The Impact You'll Make

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be the architect behind the workflows and integrations that keep our enterprise ecosystem running smoothly. Your work will directly impact how teams collaborate, manage change, resolve complex issues, and connect systems across the business. You won't just be coding—you'll be shaping scalable, resilient, and intelligent digital operations for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM to meet complex business requirements.
  • Design and build system-to-system integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven flows, and enterprise data exchanges.
  • Lead integration architecture initiatives including eBonding solutions for enterprise customers and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer workflows, and scheduled jobs to automate ITSM processes.
  • Collaborate closely with platform, product, API, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
  • Leverage Now Assist capabilities to:
  • Summarize incidents and problems
  • Generate and optimize scripts and code
  • Create and improve knowledge content
  • Enhance self-service experiences through virtual agent and chat
  • Participate in requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical designs and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure optimal platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and enforce ServiceNow best practices.
  • Support code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities to ensure high-quality delivery.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • 3–5 years of experience designing and implementing integrations, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and system-to-system interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM processes, with deep expertise in:
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Experience designing and implementing eBonding integrations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and SSO.

Tools, Platform & Collaboration

  • Proven experience working alongside platform, product, API, and enterprise architecture teams.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Scoped Applications.
  • Exposure to Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities is a strong plus.

Qualifications & Mindset

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
