Location: PUNE
Experience: 6- 8 Yrs
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days
Required Skills
- Skillset & expertise:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, security architecture, ACLs, update sets, scoped applications, and platform governance.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, SDLC, and release management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.
Preferred Skills
- Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM) - Preferred
