CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Workflow Automation

ServiceNow Implementation Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Skills:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation and configuration

Hands-on with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM

Integration experience with tools like MS 365, AWS, MuleSoft

Familiar with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal Customization

ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD) preferred

ITIL knowledge a plus
