Key Responsibilities

  • Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the above modules, with minimum bugs and rework
  • Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices
  • Keeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform
  • Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
  • Documenting code and application functionality.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
  • Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow.
  • Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • 5 + Years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes workflows etc. Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
  • A solid understanding of ServiceNow and its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Portal.
  • Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB/CSDM.
  • Experience in API integrations with other systems
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Should have at least ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Implementation Specialist in ITSM
  • HRSD implementation Specialist and another ITOM / Discovery or CAD
