Job summary

:The ServiceNow Developer will participate in the definition, implementation, and support of Elevate's ServiceNow platform. The developer will work closely with project leads, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, configure, deploy, and maintain business processes. The right candidate will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day ServiceNow tasks and projects, support, maintenance, and improvement of our ServiceNow ecosystem. The candidate should have a demonstrated background in ServiceNow administration and development. The candidate will be an excellent communicator and deem themselves as an all-star functional ServiceNow expert. Roles & Responsibiliti

esTechnical Solution Design & Developme

• ntWork collaboratively with staff that have varying expertise and exposure to ServiceNow and ITIL concepts in order to solve complex problem
• s.Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in order to adapt to the dynamic nature of discussions with other engineering, product teams and business partner
• s.ServiceNow configuration and customization including but not limited to form tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, REST/SOAP integrations, custom scripting, and third-party software integration
• s.Import and manage data between ServiceNow instances and other various system source
• s.Produce technical documentation for project and enhancement tasks, orient process users through workshops and demo
• s.Lead ServiceNow project initiatives through requirements gathering, development work captured in update sets, and production releases following Change/Release Management processe
