Job Description – Senior ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect

We are looking for highly skilled and passionate ServiceNow professionals to join our growing enterprise solutions team. This role is ideal for experienced developers and architects who have strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and can design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess deep platform knowledge, strong technical leadership capabilities, and experience driving end-to-end implementations in complex enterprise environments. Expertise in ITSM, SPM, Source-to-Pay, Asset Management, integrations, and platform governance is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
- Lead architecture and technical solutioning for modules including:
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / ITBM)
- IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
- Source-to-Pay / Procurement Operations
- ITSM
- Service Catalog & Workflow Automation
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and platform capabilities.
- Build and customize workflows, integrations, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and custom applications.
- Drive platform governance, coding standards, security, scalability, and best practices.
- Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions, client workshops, estimation, and solution reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Support platform upgrades, optimization, HealthScans, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and business users in Agile environments.

- Design and develop custom applications, modules, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflow automations within ServiceNow.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, ACLs, and catalogue items to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom spokes.
- Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and platform governance.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SAP (ECC/S4HANA) using REST/SOAP APIs, SAP PI/PO or CPI, IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Ensure secure, reliable data exchange between ServiceNow and SAP master data, transactional data, and workflow processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor logs, and optimize performance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows.
- Automate end-to-end processes such as Vendor onboarding, Purchase requisition workflows, Asset lifecycle, and HR/IT service processes.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams to align data models, validation rules, and approval flows.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Ability to mentor teams and review solution quality.
Certifications Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
