ServiceNow Developer ITSM

Job Overview:
Looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, and platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
- Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Support platform enhancements, incident fixes, and performance improvements.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and Agile processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ITSM processes.
- Experience in Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, ACLs.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and data loads (Import Sets/Transform Maps).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification
- ITIL certification
