Job description-

• 4 to 6 years Hardware Asset Management and Software
• Lead and manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro for automating asset tracking, management workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes.
• Perform regular asset audits, manage vendor relationships, and provide actionable insights through HAM dashboards and reports.
• Extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and its workflow integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles.
