Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements
- Work on modules like ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog
- Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts including Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
- Develop and customize Service Portal components (widgets, pages)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs
- Maintain documentation for development and configurations
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience in ITSM module implementation
- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, or HRSD modules
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
