Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) and relevant telecom industry experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Proven track record of working with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
