Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Implement and manage ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide optimal ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in upgrade and migration activities ensuring minimal disruption.
• Follow best practices for coding and platform governance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for configurations and customization.
