About The Role
Serve as the primary ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules. Lead end-to-end implementation projects, manage enhancements, design complex workflows, and ensure platform performance while providing technical guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, HRSD modules)
- Manage all enhancements and projects efficiently
- Design workflows, business rules, UI policies, notifications
- Configure Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog
- Develop custom applications and integrations
Requirements & Project Management
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements
- Define project scope and create detailed implementation plans
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team
Platform Operations & Optimization
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors
- Stay current with latest ServiceNow releases
- Proactively identify enhancement opportunities
