Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
