Location: Pune (On-Site – 4 Days Per Week + 1 WFH)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and/or GRC
- Build custom applications, tables, workflows, Flow Designer automations, and platform components
- Configure and support core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB
- Develop reusable Script Includes, APIs, and integrations using REST/SOAP
- Configure and maintain Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and automation workflows
- Implement data loads, transform scripts, and conditional business logic
- Support CMDB data modelling, relationships, and data integrity
- Build dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics solutions
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations and custom development
- Identify platform improvement opportunities to increase automation and efficiency
Requirements
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in at least one module: ITSM, CSM, FSM, or GRC
- Strong scripting capability including:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Script Includes
- Business Rules
- Experience working with:
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Transform Maps
- Integrations and APIs
- Understanding of CMDB architecture and data modelling
- Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments (advantageous)
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CIS (ITSM / CSM / FSM / GRC)
