We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts and ITIL framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules in ITSM such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management and ITOM such as Event, Discovery, Service Mapping, HRSD and ITAM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting. ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CAD, ITSM) preferred.
