Role Summary

Configure and customize ServiceNow H&S modules, ensuring alignment with architecture and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments)

- Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications

- Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)

- Collaborate with architect and BA to deliver solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years ServiceNow development experience

- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio

- Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, Service Portal

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
