Job Description

Title: ServiceNow Developer (Senior)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bengaluru, KA

Mode: Work from Office, 3 Days

Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform capabilities.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
ServiceNow CSA certification OR CAD Certification

Preferred

CIS certification in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD modules.
