Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front end, ServiceNow Scripting, with added advantage if candidate is experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.

Required Qualifications

• • 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• • 8+ years experience workin in software industry building enterprise applications.
• • Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• • Implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
• • Hands on development & Implementation Experience in NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
• • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
• • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
• • Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
• • Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology.
• • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
• • Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• • Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

• • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• • Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• • Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
