Role Overview
We are seeking skilled ServiceNow SecOps Consultants with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Security Operations (SecOps) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role involves working closely with security and IT teams to design, automate, and enhance incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather security requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Design and implement automated security workflows, playbooks, and orchestration processes
- Configure and customize SecOps applications aligned with organizational security policies
- Integrate ServiceNow with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for security operations visibility
- Ensure adherence to security frameworks and ServiceNow best practices
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements for SecOps implementations
- Work on REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations for seamless data exchange
- Participate in solution design, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/consulting
- Strong experience in ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence)
- Good understanding of security concepts (incident response, vulnerability management, risk & compliance)
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and MID Server setup
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with security tools integration (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, Rapid7, etc.)
- ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory; SecOps-related certifications preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Experience in automation/orchestration and SOAR concepts
- Exposure to GRC or IRM modules
