SAP CPI IS consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of SAP CPI integration interfaces
• Design and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to understand integration requirements
• Participate in design discussions and provide technical solutions for complex interfaces
• Develop and configure integration flows using SAP CPI tools and editors
• Work with multiple mapping techniques including Graphical Mapping, Java Mapping, and XSLT Mapping
• Implement and support integration using adapters such as HTTP_AAE, IDoc_AAE, RFC, SOAP, SFTP, REST, and AS2
• Review and translate functional specifications into technical integration designs
• Perform hands-on development and troubleshooting in SAP CPI environments
• Support end-to-end testing activities including coordination with stakeholders and clients
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile practices, and project governance standards
• Provide regular status updates and manage delivery expectations with stakeholders
• Work on security aspects like PGP encryption and data protection in integrations
• Contribute to SuccessFactors and SAP PO-based integration scenarios where applicable
• Lead or mentor team members (5+ resources) and manage multiple parallel integration tasks
