Location: PAN INDIA

Job Description:

Role/Responsibilities:

• Implement standardization and best practice for ServiceNow custom application development implementation.

• Develop custom applications and feature to satisfy business needs.

• Develop Flows (Flow designer) for custom applications and features.

• Develop queries, reports, and dashboards and Workspaces

• Develop Inbound Email Actions

• Develop integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services and custom REST APIs

• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, SLAs, Notifications and ACLs including advanced scripting of each

• Import data into ServiceNow utilizing Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Import Sets and Transform maps.

• Follow coding standards and convention while development.

• Implement standards and best practices for maintaining the health, performance and scalability of the custom app

• Implement prototyping/POC as needed.

• Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions

• Proactive, responsive, and focused on anticipating future requirements and/or issues

• Drive timely closure for assigned issues/requests.

• Develop clear and concise technical/process/user manual documentation

• Strong collaboration with stakeholders including internal customers, stakeholders and vendors to understand challenges and gain consensus on improved system and operational solutions

• Must have experience in implementation of ServiceNow Instance Upgrade
